We are excited to share with you that Robin has completed her 6th year at the Friends of Down Syndrome Academy (FODS). FODS is a non-profit organization that provides education and vocational opportunities for teens and adults with Down Syndrome.
You can see from her picture that Robin is happy and thriving. Whats most important to her family is that she is more confident and independent that ever. She earned the nickname “Rocking Robin” at the Academy because she loves music and dancing, but she also likes to draw and paint.
One of the highlights at FODS is the annual Cinderella Ball held in March to recognize World Down Syndrome Day. This event is the largest and most impactful fundraiser of the year for FODS. The ball is truly a magical night, fit for a Princess.
